Er-Telecom is a telecom-holding company that provides broadband services and integrated solutions based on the Industrial Internet of Things.
The company decided to create product strategy for the development of its own equipment (routers, intercom, IOT technology).
As part of the project, we analyzed and segmented the existing customer base, described the digital evolution of each product and formed the development of existing products in the context of segments, described client and business scenarios of new products of cloud gaming and online learning, existing products of video security, intercom and routers.
As a result of the work, the company proved the importance of product streaming development strategy, protected economic forecast in fornt of stakeholders and formed product backlog for several periods ahead.
